I placed my order and was surprised to receive an email shortly after containing a size guide asking me to check the measurements and confirm I am happy with the size I ordered. After checking I actually needed a different size and this was no problem for them at all. They were very helpful and friendly, nothing seemed like too much trouble! My jacket arrived much quicker than I expected, fits perfectly, is top quality and exactly what I was looking for. To start off this review, I need to recognize the customer service I was provided. I'm not an experienced leather wearer so I was asking them questions much prior to my order. They answered each and every question I had and answered in timely manner. After I placed my order, I received an email asking for confirmation on my chest size. We went a few emails back and forth working out the logistics. Again, each email came in a timely manner. After I received my coat, I reached out both to thank them and for advice in care instructions. I received a response back promptly and with information on how to maintain the coat. The customer service, simply put, was excellent the whole way through. As for my coat itself, I was nervous about making such an order online. Between the fitting, general look and costs, I found myself researching and reading other reviews prior to my ordering. When I received the order, it was folded into a bag for safe transport, once removed I noticed the high quality of the item. The picture as others have said do not do it justice. It is a very nice item. After putting it on, I took note that it fit me very nicely. I am more than satisfied with the quality of the item.

nd photos exactly, including the inner pockets (the inclusion of pockets at all was a huge plus I think). This jacket feels like it will last for a long time with the proper care. One thing I thought was nice, was that I was contacted by an employee to confirm my shipping size before the jacket was shipped. I'm not sure if this was because I ordered an unusual size or if this is just usual practice for them, but either way I thought it was nice that they thought to double-check my request before shipping anything. I had never ordered from LeatherCity before, based on the results I'd be happy to do so again.

future how well they do with wear & tear, but so far I'm very happy with my purchase. My only (small) issue is that Sonic's ear on our jackets isn't colored in (it's just blue). Everything else is just like the jacket pictured.
