the wait only unfortunate part was that they sent me the wrong size (ordered XL, and sent me a L) which was not a big deal. After exchanging some emails and sending pictures that it was in fact not the the correct size they sent me a return shipping label, and started the process of sending me the correct size, a few days later my correct size was delivered and is a very nice jacket to wear. So other then some shipping delay and a minor mistake everything was resolved, very happy with the customer care and response via email in correcting the mistake, might shop here again in the future if I ever need any type of clothing/jackets/coats that I wouldn't be able to find anywhere else in my area.

I placed my order and was surprised to receive an email shortly after containing a size guide asking me to check the measurements and confirm I am happy with the size I ordered. After checking I actually needed a different size and this was no problem for them at all. They were very helpful and friendly, nothing seemed like too much trouble! My jacket arrived much quicker than I expected, fits perfectly, is top quality and exactly what I was looking for. e red and blue colour makes this jacket stand out in the most perfect way. Only one or two letter on the back are a bit hard to read because of the colouring, but everything else is absolutely gorgeous and beautiful.
