I placed my order and was surprised to receive an email shortly after containing a size guide asking me to check the measurements and confirm I am happy with the size I ordered. After checking I actually needed a different size and this was no problem for them at all. They were very helpful and friendly, nothing seemed like too much trouble! My jacket arrived much quicker than I expected, fits perfectly, is top quality and exactly what I was looking for. ithin 24 hours of asking for help i recieved word from them. They really thought of a solution and were really fair in their way of handeling this. About the jacket i already have; one of the best jackets I ever owned. It fits perfectly, good quality leather and beautiful details. Looking forward to the second jacket and will remember this shop because it is so hard to get a good leather jacket!

t but, I'm pleasantly surprised to say that this is NOT the case. The jacket arrived in PERFECT condition; sealed up and ready to wear upon arrival. It arrived in an appropriate amount of time (about 12 days after ordering). I was nervous because of the fact that they seem to be a small company but, I am genuinely impressed with the care that went into my order. Both making the product AND shipping it out. I would absolutely recommend this jacket and The Leather City to anyone looking for a high quality leather jacket at a decent price
